She has practiced in major French and Australian law firms (in particular Ernst & Young Legal in Paris, and Gadens Lawyers in Sydney) specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures before setting up the Sydney branch of the niche law firm Oceanie Lawyers.

Manager Client Services, Rachel has over 20 years of experience within customer service, administrative and operational roles - of which 10 years have been within financial services.

Manager Risk and Compliance, Craig has 20 years in financial services specialising in risk and compliance, with extensive experience working in wealth management, and also in a Chartered environment as a Partner with a global accounting firm.

Senior Geologist, Geoff has over 14 years of diverse mining and exploration industry experience, ranging from major base metal mining operations in Australia to junior exploration projects in Scandinavia. Geoff's strength is in the analysis and estimation of resources for both operating mines and new developments. Geoff is a "Competent Person" as defined in the JORC and NI 43-101 codes.
