Bruce was formerly Head of Organisational Innovation at Westpac Banking Corporation, an initiative that explored how to build an innovation capability that delivered superior long term growth to the Bank while helping Westpac win in the war for talent. Bruce is a former director of Society of Knowledge Economics, and was a member of the Business Council of Australia advisory board to its recent Innovation Study.
Previously, Bruce was Head of Risk for the Business Technology Solutions and Services division of Westpac Banking Corporation. He was a member of the BTSS Executive team, the Bank’s Risk executive team and a member of the Bank’s management committee. Bruce is a qualified accountant and a member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. He has over 25 years of experience in senior risk and audit roles.
